“I love living in Rochester because it has so much to offer, and it’s all nearby—everything from art, sports, and great food. As a local portrait and wedding photographer, we find that there are so many wonderful locations to choose from to photograph weddings and families—and no two are the same.

“I especially love Highland Park in the spring, right before the rush of the Lilac Festival begins. Walking through the park is so peaceful, and the scent of the flowers is one of my favorite things in the world.

“Besides that, I love the variety of local restaurants, from the more upscale to the small diners like Jim’s Restaurant on Winton Road.

“We’re close to everything—wineries, breweries, art galleries, The Erie Canal, Lake Ontario; it’s practically all here in our backyard. We just have to get out there and take advantage of all that this city and this area has to offer!”
